How We Began
The Creative Academy opened its doors on August 25, 2008 as the Wayne Child Development Center. In February 2009, the center received a 5 Star license from the Division of Child Development and Early Education. This license was based on the education, teacher:child ratios, and program standards of the center. The center continues to hold a 5 Star license. In 2022, we began our School Age Program offering afterschool and summer camp services to children ages 5-12 years.
